Dr. Bonkowski is a Westfield native who graduated from St. Mary’s High in 1975. He continued his undergraduate education at Holyoke Community College and Marquette University to receive his B.S. in 1979. He graduated from Marquette School of Dentistry in 1983. Among his many post-graduate accomplishments in 1988 he earned a Certificate of Orthodontics and Orthopedics from United States Dental Institute on Boston.
Dr. Richard Lam hails from South End, Boston, where he spent his formative years. He is an alumnus of Boston Latin School and the University of Massachusetts’ Commonwealth Honors College of Amherst, holding a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Subsequently, he obtained his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
